About Me

I retired from a succession of careers: food & beverage, lodging, private yacht captain, and interior design. I enjoyed considerable success throughout my career - 10 notable restaurants and watering holes up and down the coast of California, as well as significant posts to hotels and apartment communities. I'm still active helping the management side of a small animal hospital while pursuing my love of classic cars and motivating people to put a positive spin on their lives and career pursuits.

Always looking for something new to try, in 2007 I purchased a classic Airstream motorhome and now spend my free time RVing. I've discovered that owning a "land-yacht" is quite similar to the yachts I used to own and I found myself calling back my nautical carpentry skills to install a new wood floor.
